Ascension Habilitative Support Services is owned and operated by Robert Pendola and Patrick Brown. With over 40 years of combined experience working with people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Patrick, Robert, and a dedicated team of Direct Support Staff have developed a wide variety of unique programs that have helped many individuals achieve their maximum level of independence and improve the overall quality of their lives. We believe that every person - regardless of ability - has value. Our approach is to partner with individuals and their families to help them realize their value within their community.

What We Provide

We provide premier residential and vocational supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We also provide individualized case management services which include assessment, planning, linking to community resources, reporting and professional services.

At Ascension, we respect each individual's right to determine the course of their own supports and services. While each member we serve is entitled to receive the full array of our available services, we work with the individual served to tailor their supports to their own personal goals.
